      【空氣炮選型】 


      1、D=內徑或當量圓的內徑,以60°圓錐角料倉為基準

      【安裝順序及操作控制】

            空氣炮的操作十分靈活,可采用手動、電動單個、成組放炮、定時自動放炮等控制方法。操作時先打開手動球閥,氣體便自動進入炮體,需要放炮時按一下啟動按鈕,給換向閥一個脈沖電信號,空氣炮即通過排氣口噴出強大沖擊氣流,能量釋放后自動恢復充氣狀態,隨時可完成第二個工作循環。

      【空氣炮操作及控制】

            控制是靠操縱按鈕來完成的,自動控制系統靠空氣炮控制儀執行。一個安全自動化的系統,為了操縱更多的空氣炮,用一個固定的定時信號發生裝置控制每臺空氣炮,自動地按預定間隔時間放炮??刂葡到y也可以采用可編程式控制器(P L C)對整個工藝系統進行控制,如需人工操作,運行人員依據操作面板上的按鈕,對空氣炮系統進行順序控制,也可對單個空氣炮進行單獨操作。

      【控制原理及功能】

            操作人員啟動空氣炮并動行后,P L C根據預先編制的程序,由自動稱重皮帶機控制儀或空氣炮自動控制儀發出信號,開始啟動第一臺空氣炮;P L C延遲一定時間后,啟動第二臺空氣炮直至啟動數次,相應的空氣炮啟動后,P L C 延遲一定時間再開始下一循環控制。所有延遲時間均可在線隨時調整??刂蒲b置同樣具有手動控制功能,操縱人員切換至手動后,由操縱人員手動啟動各個電磁閥,相應空氣炮啟動。

      本控制系統的三種控制方式

            程控自動方式:可實現順序時間控制條件反射控制。并可實現時間設定操作功能,使操作人員可根據實際情況靈活控制各設備的開啟與關閉時間,使之達到最理想的效果。

            微機軟件操作:操作人員在遠方微機通過的B O P網絡,通過鼠標(或鍵盤)可對每一個參與程控設備的啟動或關閉進行一對一手動操作。

            就地手動操作:是就地控制柜上通過操作按鈕進行。

      【故障的出現及排除方法】:

      1、檢查并增加氣源壓力。
      2、適當延長充氣時間。

      充氣速度慢

      1、更換氣源管道。
      2、增加空壓排氣量。
      3、查找氣體受阻原因并排出。
      4、檢查活塞與排氣口是否密封好。
